Note* BIO: Although compiler has no definite proof that this is the correct Eli KECK, there is some evidence that Eli D. KECK was a Notary Public in Claiborne County, TN in September, 1916. A document from the Widow's Pension File of Sarah M. (EDWARDS) O'DELL, widow of Marshall L. O'DELL, is notarized and sworn to by 'Eli KECK, Notary Public.' The document is the application of Sarah O'DELL for an increase in the amount of her pension. Sarah gave her own address as P.O. Goin, Tenn. Witnesses were J.H. ROUSE and Suda COLE, '...Both of Goin Tenn. Sworn to and Subscribed before Me this 20th Day of September 1916 . Eli KECK, Notary Public, My commission expires May 11, 1918.'
