Warning Message:A coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect until 9 am EDT
Thursday.
Positive tidal departures and fresh water run off will continue to
combine to produce higher than normal water levels across the tidal
Potomac and western shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Water levels of
one to two feet above normal are possible during times of high tide.
